Sports to Geaux now has a permanent home at Props Brewery Hammock Bay. Pair your gumbo, boudin and burgers with a cold local craft beer, Friday through Monday, 3pm to 9pm.
We use only high-quality ingredients in every dish and bring the same care to a $5 boudin link as we do to a 200-guest seafood boil. Whether you stop by the truck or hire us for your event, you're getting authentic Cajun cooking from people who actually grew up with it.
